Auckland Airport Kiwi Motel

What a shame to have such lovely helpful and professional front line staff and then the rooms let you down. We were generously upgraded from a studio to a room bedroom we were extremely grateful for this as we were booked to stay 5 nights. We completed our stay but housekeeping is lacking, mold in bathroom, old pair of socks under double bed from a previous guest? Our tea towel was taken day 2 by housekeeping with other towels but never replaced until again until day 4, we were only given 2 towels when there were 3 adults in the room and I did ask housekeeping one day when we saw them for another which they kindly gave it was forgotten again for the rest of our stay. Spend a little money and give this motel the TLC it needs because it is letting the frontline staff down, it needs to come up to their welcoming standard. All the best Auckland Kiwi Airport Motel.
