They are very difficult to deal with when it comes to money issue. I have purchased all the timber floors, kitchen, bathroom tiles from them and have spent over $150,000 with them. We have some excess tiles left and have returned back to them. They took them back gladly, but refused to give me the money back! That was only $580 dollars. It is only minimal to them consider the total amount I have purchased from them.
They are also very bad with timing and shipping. My house was delayed for 4 months because they forgot to order in the timber floors and bathroom tiles! I placed the order and paid the deposit over 6 months ago and nothing had been done on their side!
I am very disappointed with their service and the way they deal with their customer. My architect and builder were also very frustrated with them.
They didn't compensate me for anything for slowing down my house building.
I rang and talked with their boss, Daryl and he was extremely arrogant, refused to give me any refund and even hung up the phone!
I don't recommend them if you are building or renovating a house and need to use their timber or tile products. You will be frustrated and will cost you money when you project is delayed.
