I have been a Client of Aqua Car Ltd, for the last five years. I have received exceptional service since being with Aqua. My first experience with Aqua was with a young Salesman who had moved up from Christchurch just after the 2011 Christchurch Earthquake. He was extremely helpful, patient, and very meticulous with the details, leaving no stone unturned.
Since then I have had two vehicles, and during this time I have received care and attention, especially from Tim Brown in Sales and Finance, who put me straight back into a vehicle after my first vehicle was stolen. Tim was understanding and made sure the process was an easy one from start to finish, taking into consideration my anxiety after the incident. Another person who provided top level customer service was Rita in accounts. If ever anyone deserves a gold medal for customer service it is she. From my experience Rita deals on a one to one level that is comfortable and non- judgemental. These two people are a credit to Aqua. Rita and Tim showed me that I wasn’t just another customer, but a customer who added value to Aqua Cars.

Bought my vehicle from Aqua Cars. The service was great and it was QUICK. I knew what car i wanted as i had looked online. I did a trade-in and the service was amazing. The lady that did all my paper work for my was exceptional. She had everything ready for me to sign, she explained everything to me clearly so i understoon the fine print. The car was ready, cleaned, serviced and she just handed me the keys. Would reccomend this place. Big thumbs up Aqua Cars!!
