this gym is awesome, always have very cheap deals, gym is clean and has everything, staff r friendly, recommended!

What a terrible gym. After signing up to a 6 month contract much to my surprise I was told that I needed to purchase a "gym access key" for about $60. I was told several times that this key was refundable and "not to worry" - as this was a massive expensive on top of my newly incurred gym membership costs. After my 6month membership was over I had moved house and it was no longer convenient to go to this gym at this location. I emailed several times about how I would go about returning my key and obtaining my key refund - and was ignored on EVERY occasion, up until recently when I had demanded a reply. I was then told that they do not provide refunds on the keys as this was not their policy. Funny that! NEW MEMBERS BEWARE.
