      Job booked in Oct for tiling. Great communication up until day of job Dec 10th. Van broke down - no updates for 3 hours. Then asked to re-schedule and Crystal said she would ask Joe as she is now in Wellington (they are moving business to Lower Hutt). No word since. Messages ignored & even blocked which is strange as I was polite all the way through (have messages to prove). My review is just on their communication & no ability to help.
