      I've been a customer for many years but service has got worse and worse. Current call time wait is about one hour on hold. A customer service person even told me emails weren't checked regularly and I have to phone in after I've sent my claim photos to make sure the email is read.

      Have been an AMI customer for many years. premium is good. never had any claim so don't know how good is it. easy to get quote and pay premium on their website.
