      PEOPLE BE WARNED

      I would like to warn everyone to use this company. The are highly unethical and don't care about there tenants. Their deceptive process in which I have signed a lease with there company has been unacceptable, and I will expose there behaviour.

      In short I have rented a high end flat and within 4 weeks of moving in they told me that the property was sold without any viewings taken place, keeping my letting fee etc. I am also taken them to the Tribunal and will continue to expose them.

      Unethical business. Renting out a property which has not been finished to a livable standard. Plumbing is noncompliant, rat infested, leaking toilets, no underfloor insulation and no heat pump, the shower is also leaking. Do not rent from these individuals. We are now in the process of taking them to the Tribunal.
