Alans Water Supply

The lady answering the phone was quite impatient. She misunderstood my query first. She called back telling me they can't deliver, I was trying to explain her understanding is different from what I asked for. However, she refused to listen to the explaination and hung up on me with a "you find someone else deliver the water."

You have a lovely mum who could do nothing but give us honesty on the phone we have been booked for weeks for water and your mum was lovely and honest with us and told us she could not help until the 25th so thank u wish u all the best with water restrictions
