Just had my external hard drive scanned for viruses and then loaded to a new drive. Fantastic friendly customer service with great communication. Job completed on time at a reasonable cost.

They really went to extra efforts helping us to get a phone compatible with our existing group of work phones. They got back to us quickly and at every point along the way. Many thanks!

Nancy and her team have been excellent to deal with, both in service and customer care. They keep me informed of progress, and advise me of any changes when required. I am going to spread the word about this great business, with great prices and great services.

I took a middle-aged to elderly but very sophisticated radio/cd player system to the North Shore branch of Advanced Computers because the cd player had become faulty. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, assuring me that they would be able to look at the unit and identify the problem. Soon after, I received a report on the problem and was given a fixed price for repair, which I accepted. Despite this being in the week just before Easter, the repair was carried out within three days. I picked up the unit, from a very capable and pleasant receptionist, took it home and set it up to find it had been totally repaired, was as good as new with every function still working. I have no hesitation in fully recommending this organisation. - I found the service and the "can-do" attitude to be exceptionally good.
