Action Indoor Sports

Played indoor soccer here, it was a blast, awesome.

Action Indoor Sports offers a range of different indoor sporting activities. I play indoor netball here twice a week and think the facilities are great but they do lack in organisation.
I have found a number of times that I have arrived to the courts before our scheduled game time to find out that our game was actually previously cancelled earlier on but they have forgotten to let us know.
On other occasions we have been standing on court waiting for the ref to arrive. Three minutes into the game the ref arrived and didnt bother to restart the clock.
They also lack in their accounting side of things- I have had numerous occasions where our cash payments have gone "missing".
Overall service lacks but great venue, loads of different teams and a great place to register a team if you are not too serious and are just looking for a casual game.

Poor customer service..Lady at the counter did not greet us or smile, we were a party of 8, thats good money! Along with the terrible first meeting, our land kept breaking down, and we would have to go on a hunt to find the lady. No apologies made. Every encounter with the woman was curt, and she seemed uninterested. I could understand if we were loud, rude or drunk, but we were a bunch of non drinking girls. Thumbs down Richmond Nelson.

I play netball here and its great. Sometimes its a little disorganised but because its so busy if you need emergency team members or need to play a team because your opponents didnt show up, you can always find someone.
