Very friendly place in the West Auckland. GP, Doctors and nurses are very helpful and friendly.

Un-diagnosed pneumonia, was also pregnant. Was told it was simply a cold despite looking and sounding like death with a persistent cough.. I was told that my cough was nothing of concern and blood is normal when you cough.. Was sent away with a script for panadol. A couple days later I deteriorated really bad and was seen by another A&E clinic.. I was told it was serious and that I needed to start a course of strong antibiotics immediately or I would be in trouble. I will NEVER be going back, that sort of care and lack of ability to diagnose something that serious is unacceptable.
