Poor customer service. I had a chance to deal with this company and it was nothing but problem from the beginning. First, the GST was calculated wrong and we were asked to make further payments. Second, due to some faults with products, they had to be returned to the supplier but the representative was unhelpful and offered no advise as to what the process was. What's the point of paying the professionals if they can't help with anything. I might as well organise everything myself. The experience had not been smooth and has created more stress!

I have dealt with the team from About Freight for more than 7 years and have always found the team fantastic, professional and very helpful. I would recommend their services to others without hesitation. We had issues with shipments as any company would (we were importing over 40 containers and a large number of LCL shipments from suppliers all over the world each year) but their team would always find a solution for us and were constantly looking at ways to improve their service. One of the best companies to deal with that I have come across in a long while.
