Don’t buy a kitchen through to them. We paid our remaining 50% 2 days before installation back in November which were told would take 4-5 days.

We are now on the 26 Feb and the kitchen is still not completed. The issue is that they are really busy and a $20k kitchen is just not worth their time because there is always a bigger project that needs their attention.

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and am just over being patient and understanding with them. Worst business I have ever done business with.

Terrible service - weeks went by without response to emails, questions I asked several times were ignored. They would not give me a phone number (!) to discuss my questions over the phone. After 6 weeks of being messed about, I told them their service was terrible and I would go elsewhere. Salesperson "Jules" then had the gall to call me a timewaster. Just awful. You shouldn't have to fight to be a customer... certainly not in this market saturated with kitchen manufacturers. ?
