We redeemed our ASB points for a Television and Water Cooler. The television was $100 cheaper at Harvey Norman and the staff were very friendly and price matched. The water cooler works well and we were told to keep flushing out the filter to avoid a plastic taste which has worked really well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped carry the items to our car as well.

There is plenty of parking and a really clean and large store.

Reedemed our flybuys points for a chromecast. After ringing first to see whether it was in stock and then being told in store that they don't have it in store meant it was a bit of cat and mouse. They were able to rectify the situation for us and the product arrived 2 days later via courier.Other than this the customer service was great !
