Reedemed our flybuys points for a chromecast. After ringing first to see whether it was in stock and then being told in store that they don't have it in store meant it was a bit of cat and mouse. They were able to rectify the situation for us and the product arrived 2 days later via courier.Other than this the customer service was great !

Got a phone from here. Got it interest free and they were very helpful and helped me with what I needed. Asked if I wanted an extra insurance and I had to be clear with them that I didn’t but once that was all done I was happy. Very helpful
