Boarding Kennels.

We have two great outside areas for the dogs to roam free, and lots of free cuddles.
We feed only top quality Biscuits.
We Board All Dog Breeds from as little as $14 per day.

Cattery

Our cat accommodation is open plan, sunny and airy. Kitties can choose to stay in bed or cruise around the spacious secure area.
Lots of beds, toys and scratching posts to entertain the most fussy of the kingdom.
The Cattery is only $11 per day.

Welcome to Donquest Kennels & Cattery - Providers of careful care to your precious pets when you can't be there! We offer you a wealth of services, from pet transportation through to caring for your furry friends while you are away.

From small kittens to Great Danes, we can custom supply or custom build a crate that exceeds all export requirements and can organise the delivery of your pets domestically and internationally, from door to door. We are NZ's number one transporters of domestic pets, and are agents for Air New Zealand, Qantas, Emirates, Singapore and Pacific Blue.

Michelle has a National Certificate in Animal Care, and has done obedience, tracking and dog sport with their Rottweilers.David is experienced in managing multiple dogs through their own kennels. He has a very good understanding of behavior patterns of dogs and cats.

We charge on a daily basis, according to drop off or pick up times.
 
Rates (effective from 1st March 2017)

Dogs (sharing or side by side):

* Small Dogs - $26.00
* Small Dogs x 2 - $42.00
* Med to Large Dogs -  $28.00
* 2 sharing double unit - $48.00
* Extra Large Dogs - $30.00

Cats(sharing or side by side):

* Single Cat - $14.00
* 2 Cat Family - $24.00

Terms and Conditions:

* Long term rate offered after 28 days
* Discounted rate (10%) for multi-pet families (Dog & cat)
* A surcharge of $5.00 per pet is added per statutory holiday to cover staff wages.
* Administering medication or special diets is a free service.
* We reserve the right to charge for facilities for all days booked during PEAK holiday periods, including unused days and late cancellations. 
* Bookings will be confirmed for peak times upon the receipt of a non-refundable $75.00 booking fee.

At Kitty City Hotel, we offer the following:

Individual, spacious units.
Cared for by our professional and caring cattery assistants who love cats!
Book your family cats in either our Metropolis or Beach Retreat suites.
Top quality food supplied, but clients are welcome to bring their own from home.
Close association with Ourvets Riccarton/Ilam vet clinic for any special/ medical needs.
Cats are monitored daily to ensure they are happy and healthy.
Visiting your beloved cat is encouraged. Visiting times are the same as our operating hours.
Operating Hours for the Cattery
Monday Friday:  8.45am to 12.00pm and 3.30pm to 5.00pm
Saturday:  9.00am to 11.00am and 3.30pm to 5.00pm
Sunday and Public Holidays:  3.30pm to 5.00pm
