      I spent NYE 2017 here and wholly enjoyed the experience! I am a silver member of Le Club so I got to skip the line when I checked in and what a treat to have complementary drinks! Such a delight. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and I was delighted to stay right close to the centre of Rotorua. The hotel is right up by the lake, within walking distance, so there are no problems with seeing the sights when you stay at Novotel Lakeside. The breakfast options are great and I especially enjoyed the eggs which tasted quite authentic in comparison to other hotels! Yum :-)

      Very Nice place with water front area.Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by.Staff here are friendly and also offer free travel information.Free internet is very beneficial for overseas visitors
