      This was a nice place to stay. Good overlooking the park and lake. Location close to food end of town so that was hood. Had the breakfast buffet as part of my room price. It was a good standard buffet.

      Have attended a few conferences here. Great facilities and catering options with excellent audio visual components. Had the rugby going in the outdoor area which created a relaxed environment

      I spent NYE 2017 here and wholly enjoyed the experience! I am a silver member of Le Club so I got to skip the line when I checked in and what a treat to have complementary drinks! Such a delight. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and I was delighted to stay right close to the centre of Rotorua. The hotel is right up by the lake, within walking distance, so there are no problems with seeing the sights when you stay at Novotel Lakeside. The breakfast options are great and I especially enjoyed the eggs which tasted quite authentic in comparison to other hotels! Yum :-)

      Great central location with views over the Rotorua Village Green and Lake Front. Take a stroll over to the views of the Rotorua Lake and Mokoia Island or walk 1 minute to Rotorua's infamous dining street "Eat Streat" Lovely hotel with clean facilities, an incredible onsight restaurant, and very lovely staff.
