      Staff were very nice. The room was quite small but clean and warm. Prices were decent and restaurant was very nice. I would stay there again.

      Our room was nice and clean and had a lovely view of the lake and park. Close to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the tasty buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend staying at the Novotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Rotorua.

      would highly recommend staying at the Novotel Rotorua Hotel. Why you might ask, well the service I received was absolutely outstanding, the reception staff were always friendly and courteous, and always willing to help out in anyway they could, the overall cleanliness of the room I stayed in was outstanding, and the restaurants meals were to die for. Overall I had a great weekend while we were in Rotorua that was definitely made better with my accommodation, being so close to shops and other food outlets, you can't go wrong while staying here.

      I stayed here a lot for work. In weekends it is noisy on Eat St side with the bar music so you can't get an early night. Rooms are comfortable and have what you'd expect. Although not that soynd proof as I would oftwn be woken by someone going toilet beside or above me. The restaurant is ok. Expensive and some of the food can be average. The buffet breakfast is extensive as it is usually marketed to the international tourists. Fantastic location, request a lake view room.
