Switching to this company was the most painful thing, but by the time I had realised I was already locked in to a contract. They were going through a big rebrand so had website issues; I couldn't access my account for two weeks. There were also issues with the direct debiting. I had to ring three times to get the account swapped over. They didn't collect all the details they required and because of that our power almost got shut off. I do however like how they send monthly reviews of your power usage and they were very accomodating when I asked if I could change the date of our free power day. Not my preferred provider though
No deals for existng customer although very good for new once. They will also send you a miss you letter after 1 yr of leaving them. Funny though but why dont you retain customers before they leave like contact.
