Great company to deal with on the phone, helpful customer service staff and easy to contact, not a lot of time on hold. Good prices (at time of review at least).

Not the best efficient organisation, but still i feel satisfied with the service provided.

I simply adore Mercury services particularly the app. The frequent walk challenges are awesome and the weekly usage information is helpful. What I appreciate most is not needing to contact them about any and the low fuss factor. I’ve only needed to speak with the team once in the last 5 years and that was to correct my free power day. Highly recommended!
