Great energy company great specials and great service

Switching to this company was the most painful thing, but by the time I had realised I was already locked in to a contract. They were going through a big rebrand so had website issues; I couldn't access my account for two weeks. There were also issues with the direct debiting. I had to ring three times to get the account swapped over. They didn't collect all the details they required and because of that our power almost got shut off. I do however like how they send monthly reviews of your power usage and they were very accomodating when I asked if I could change the date of our free power day. Not my preferred provider though

Mercury offers unbeatable offers and plans for power, and awesome customer service, along with other boosters like free power days. I do not find any unfair charges in their plans, and the customer service is friendly and helpful too.

we are with Mercury on our commercial premise and we have found them very encouraging and a great company to work with- we were evaluating moving to a new provider due to costs but they not only met but bet the competitors offer- so we stayed - happy with the service and the team

a mercury customer for 3 years and quite happy with the non fluctuating rates and occasional free power days in a year. Good customer service too.
