Country Road

Beautiful store in town with high quality clothing. Stylish pieces that last and worth a visit for sure.

After a great experience at the riccarton branch recently I was really disappointed in my shopping experience today. I’m gutted because I love country road and they are my go to for gorgeous quality clothing but I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help even though there were 6 assistants on the floor all talking to each other or fluffing shelves. I was the only one in the store and was there for 15+ minutes looking around the store wanting to purchase a specific item and had to actually seek out help by going to the counter and having to interrupt their conversation about what they were going to get for lunch. I think I’ll keep to online or their riccarton store.

Great clothing and very up with the fashion trends, and great quality too! On the pricier side but you are definatley paying for quality! Awesome customer service and staff are very helpful!

Although they are a little on the pricier side, the clothing is always great quality that will last (plus they frequently have great sales on!). Staff are lovely and are always helpful to find what you're looking for!
