      Absolute rudeness from the gentleman (Not!) in this shop. I returned a product, supposively Meadow Chaf, that smelt dank and damp, looked like grass clippings and had Lucerne Chaf printed on the bag with MW handwritten in felt pen on it. My foodie horse flatly refused it! This had never happened before but I wasn't actually surprised by how it smelt! Long story short he tried to charge me $5 for returning it (minus just one scoop) when it wasn't fit for sale! He was INCREDIBLY rude and arrogant. I just wanted to get out of the shop. A horrible experience (not at all like when you are purchasing things!) I bought some Flaxseed oil while I was there so I wasn't even asking for a cash refund. He threw the till receipt at me and snarled. He has now lost my custom and that of two friends that I have recounted my experience to. Buyer beware!
