      Modern facility and equipment, Staff made me feel so comfortable upon joining here. highly recommend of choice of fitness rather than other local gyms. Staff are awesome here

      Really good gym where you can just go when you feel like it. Round the back of some other shops so you can see outside depending on what equipment you are using, such as the bikes, but people don't really see in. Lots of parking and it is not usually too busy which is good.

      Love this little gym! Super friendly staff and trainers, love the virtual room where you can do classes at anytime, has a good range of equipment and is clean and tidy.
