friendly people. i came here to renew my licence.

I visited this store to get my learners licence and was so nervous, the staff member really went the extra mile and put a real personal touch on the service. She actually took the time to talk to me and ease my nerves and wow, I passed. If it hadn't been for her personal service I would have failed. So thank you for everything you did and for making this milestone in my life that much more memorable

I visited Porirua AA to renew my licence but being new to driving I was unsure of the exact process. The staff member who I delt with was friendly and knowledgable, she explained everything clearly and did not assume I knew things, instead checking with me first. She gave me documentation on becoming a memeber of the AA but did not push the matter when I said I wanted to wait until I had my restricted license.
Despite visiting at lunch time on a buisness day it was a short wait time and the shop/office was very clean and well air conditioned.
