Whitcoulls

What I like about Whitcoulls, is that if the book is not in stock, they will either order it in for you, or have a copy sent through from another branch. Their gift and book selection is huge and they also have tables of books that are discounted heavily, so you will always walk out with a bargain. Today, the staff ordered a book in for me, as they did not have it on their shelves, and they advise me that it will be there, for me, tomorrow. Now that's service!

I love the range of books, I buy a lot of recipe books and novels from Whitcoulls. The store is so comfortable and spacious to be in. Great customer service and quality products.

I love this shop. It is spacious and if you are browsing the books, you don't have to keep moving aside to allow people to pass. I think it's this that makes it a nice place to shop. They have a huge range of books, stationery, greeting cards, toys and art supplies. You can get some great puzzles from there too! The staff are always helpful and friendly.

This store is nice and tidy and gives good walking space between the isles. They have an excellent selection of 2018 Diarys. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were served quickly.

Loving the new store, such a great size. Heaps of variety & layout makes it easy to view products. Great service as well, staff were greeting customers at the door to assist with Christmas shopping.
