      Whangarei District Libraries Central Library is in Whangarei with other libraries in Kamo, Onerahi and Tikipunga. The Mobile Library operates in the city and rural areas. You will find a timetable online, along with much more information. Wifi, Computers, Hobby groups and Familly History Research resources are also available.

      A great library with the community at its heart. It has everything there, books, dvds, cds, computer access. I reserved a book, because it was out. I was duly advised when it came itn. I popped down there, today, Sunday, to collect it. Nice staff. Free to join as well!

      A beautiful, modern library, offering all sorts of services. It has a huge book range and CDs and DVDs are loaned out too. There is internet access as well and all sorts of events are held there, to encourage the public to use the library and all the services that it offers. If I am unable to get down to the library, Whangarei Library also offers a mobile library service, which means I can pick up or drop off books to their bus, in my own street. Highly recommended!

      Good place to come in and relax. Great range of books, magazines and movies. Cafe downstairs is an excellent bonus.
