      Flag Review

      The WDC are generally a good council, but their CitySafe programme is excellent. There are several facets to this programme, but the one I use is the anti-graffiti one. If you see graffiti anywhere, in the city, you just call the 0800 number and the graffiti has usually been removed within 24 hours. Thanks WDC for keeping our city safe and free of graffiti.

      The council is generally pretty average. They don't focus on roads and parking enough. The staff are all very friendly, but the management could be greatly improved by appointing more people to specified tasks.

      Helpful friendly customer service staff. Always keep me informed and up to date. Paying rates here is easy and quick. Recycling bin replacement is simple and cheap. Enjoy chatting to the staff and the kids love the fish tank. Only good experiences so far.
