Where very busy but still made a space for me first thing in the morning as my dog caught himself on a bit of old barbwire jumping a fence by our mangroves. They made the appointment kn owing i couldn't pay till the next morning and where very understanding, however i could not take medication till i had pais. I think its law or policy as otherwise customers wouldn't come back so totally understanable
