The first time I phoned I was told the boys had gone fishing and they wouldn't be able to send anyone for a couple of days. I couldn't get another plumber at the time either, so I was pleased that it wasn't an emergency. I waited to make another appointment with them, as they had been recommended to me. They came on the day, at the time made, but I felt the receptionist should have been a little more professional. The plumber was friendly and efficient though, and did a good job.
