A small shop with an extensive menu - and they do half portions - the only Chinese take-away in Whangarei that does. Good value and the food is always fresh. The owners are really nice and they keep their shop meticulously clean. Highly recommended.

This shop has a very wide range of Chinese cuisine, and they also incorporate European meals into their selection. Some of their meals are quite expensive for the quantity that you receive, but some others are ridiculously cheap for the amount of food you receive. I am very happy with this result.

Diamond Takeaways isn't a very big shop but it's the busiest in Tikipunga. They do European food, but their Chinese dishes are the best. They do half and full portions. Both are generous. I can recommend the Chicken Noodles and their Chop Suey and Chow Mein's are very nice too. Great prices and nice owners.
