New to Whangarei and this is the second time I visited this store and served by the same lady Cherie who I found very friendly and genuinely wanted to assist you. She’s very patient and not pushy. She also knew the stores products which was awesome! The is is a little cramped but customer Service was superb!

Staff arent very friendly, nor are they helpful. Im a first time mum with no parents or siblings. All I wanted was a recommendation on what brands to buy for a cot, a bassinet and a carseat. Both ladies who were working werent willing to help me, nor make any suggestions or recommendations. They told me to just read the labels and chose something I feel was right. I didnt end up buying anything and went elsewhere. This isnt how a store should operate.
