City Gym

Nice gym, can get congested on machines at times but as long as you know the busy patches its easy to avoid.

I really like the layout of the gym, quite open plan. Sometimes its hard to get on some of the weight machines when its busy - but one soon opens up quickly. I like that its on the second floor which means people can't stare in at you.

This gym is ideally located in town, which means it is really easy to go from work to gym without wasting much time. There are a few car parks around which makes parking easy and the early/late hour ensure that i can go when is convenient.

i really like the centralized location of the gym, and the fact that you can choose to just do your own thing at your own pace and a programme isn't a necessity. The staff are there if needed, but don't push which is nice.
