      Great location, really close to town which means i can leave the office and get a quick gym sesh in at lunchtime.

      Lots of body builders at this gym, you would think you would be inferior but everyone is so nice, you feel motivated to try harder.

      Nice gym, can get congested on machines at times but as long as you know the busy patches its easy to avoid.

      i really like the centralized location of the gym, and the fact that you can choose to just do your own thing at your own pace and a programme isn't a necessity. The staff are there if needed, but don't push which is nice.
