They were very busy when we went on a Friday night, and we had to wait for about half an hour, so I suggest booking in advance. The pork belly was delicious, highly recommend it.

Excellent service food is always delicious with a great range to choose from. lunch meals are the size of dinner meals never leave hungry, the owner makes you feel at home and runs the place very well. Recommend 100%

This place is the best place to go in Whanganui. The building and interior is on trend along with a fresh and interesting menu. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. A really good place to take the kids as there is plenty of space and there are good options to choose from on the kids menu. I highly recommend Caroline’s Boatshed.

Great meals, its a shame they've changed the chicken nachoes. It used to come poured over the top of the chips, now it comes in a small bowl in the middle - nowhere near as much as it used to be.

Inconsistant. Some times food is hot and delicious and then the same meal is different and cold. Wouldn't go back.
