My office uses alarm watch and Ive found them to be very helpful and professional. The alarm has gone off a couple of times (by accident) and they have ben extremely quick to contact and ensure whom ever answers the phone has the code word - not just accepting 'sorry it was a false alarm' Thanks keep up the good work!!

Alarm watch is our works security company. I have had to call them a few times when i have put the wrong code in and they are really helpful and patient.
