the food is good and fresh. i think they should spend more effort in there outside area. clean more and use the beautiful location to there advantage.

Great food although the oysters were out if season on our last visit. Tasty and fresh fish and chips at good prices. They have a nice outdoor area do you can eat your meal by the harbour. Well worth a stop. We were lucky enough to be entertained by the graceful stingrays in the shallow water while eating. Would have been five stars but they are a little slow.

Stopped here on way back from Opitiki to Ohope Beach for fish and chips. Picnic tables by the lake. Delicious kai. Highly recommend.

Delicious food and great service but the outside eating area seemed a bit untidy.

Once upon a time, this place used to serve some of the best fish and chips in the district, but their prices have gone up quite a bit, the staff never seem that pleased to be there, and the portion sizes aren't as generous.
