      No customer service at all, workers stand around gossiping very rude. One girl was helpful tho. She was on her break and come out to help me .

      Cotton on had an excellent range of clothing at excellent prices. It was very good that they were open as many stores in the Whakatane CBD, were not. Recommended for a quick browse.

      the store is set out well with lots if space between racks. always has music playing and bubbly vibes and staff. great sales on often.
