Wellington International Airport Ltd

An easy to navigate airport, but I always find there is a lack of good seating in the domestic lounge.

Weird layout, really weird, they make taxis and Uber’s drive off the property and down the road after a drop off, to turn around and re enter, wouldn’t it be logical to have drop off area first then drive forward to do a pickup?

Also the public pickup area, the signs are backwards, people head to the drop off upstairs to do a pickup because the sign is pointing upwards, most sit and wait rather than drive out and try to find correct area.

I like the new carpark building, it’s art. But expensive,

Great little airport in the coolest little capital in the world. I love how relaxed the atmosphere is. Super easy get in and out of and the facilities are great. Could do with more international flights.

Flying into Wellington was not great however this Airport has a reputation for dodgy landings. The airport layout is okay but directions can be difficult regardless of signage. The parking layout congested and confusing even when trying to locate the exiting of the airport. Not a great looking airport from the outside.

The decoration on this airport are really cool. Flying Golum and also the big eagle to name some. They change the decoration every now and then. They also have display of miniature airplanes when we were there. It is spacious, clean and comfortable.
