The Old Mountaineers Cafe Bar & Restaurant

We had an evening meal here recently. Sadly the mains we chose from the menu were not available. The alternative mains were good but not mind-blowing. The restaurant itself has a wonderful ambience and the views are stunning. Pricey!

I had the Fish Burger and my husband the Beef & Bacon. Both were divine, like real old-school burgers. Bursting with fresh ingredients, very tasty.

The burgers were great and the chips were amazing!!!! I would come back for the chips anytime. The staff were super nice and made us feel welcome.

Meals are varied. You can choose meals such as burgers or I had very tasty, well cooked salmon. It was clean and with friendly staff.
