I liked it! As a Canadian visiting Wellington for the first time I really liked the atmosphere. Very cozy ant quaint. It was a short walk from my hotel. The service was incredible. Food was delish! Smoked chicken wings! Wowsers!! Fish and chips was very good! Beer selection on tap was limited. All in all very positive experience.

A good selection of food but a little pricey. The best part here is the Pokies and the wide selection available to play as well as the friendly staff and good drinks selection.

Good atmosphere and great staff make this a fantastic tavern to visit. They have delicious food and my group thoroughly enjoyed the food we received. The only downside is that the lighting is quite dark inside. Otherwise a great place to go for a good hearty meal.

Been here a couple of times for various work related lunches recently. Can be really busy and the food is just average pub fare, nothing really special but it is a convenient meeting point. Interiors are a bit dark and dank and on busy days the wait staff can be a bit grumpy.

Featherstone is good for fried mash. Its proper tasty and I could eat it on its own. What's disappointing is what the mash comes with. I've eaten here 3 or 4 times, sometimes being pleasantly surprised at a beef sausage and other times wondering why they bothered serving creamed corn when it tastes like suggared wallpaper paste. The service is decent though.
