Had a conference dinner here this week, the museum itself was amazing, such great history and things to look at. The dinner provided was outstanding, small portions but very tasty and beef cooked to perfection. The dinner room was a great size and well serviced

Awesome amazing building, a wide variety on offer. Plus its entirely free - apart from parking. I like it when they have new exhibitions on else it does get quite boring if you visit every 6 months or so.

I love going through the wearable arts section when its there - its great to look at how great NZ artists are and how creative they are. The kids love it too they look in awe at something created here where they live.

Great place to go with the kids and explore and learn. This museum is beautifully set out with lots of things to do. I really enjoyed the war memorial section which had big statues that were very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The museum was very clean and huge. Great place to learn.
