We have a large team of Licensed Building Practitioners, Qualified Builders and Apprentices that cover Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua and the Kapiti Coast.Our extended team includes trusted sub-trades, specialists and suppliers that enable us to deliver a quality end to end solution to meet each clients needs.An important part of the process is aligning your dreams with your budget and we have the skills, experience and tools in-house to help with this early in the process, prior to investing in designs, consents etcDo you need help with the design and consent phase? We work with a number of architects, engineers, surveyors and all of the relevant councils, so can assist you through the complicated process of obtaining consents and permissions. Alternatively, if you have engaged an architect already we can obviously work with them and assist in pricing up concept or consented plans.We look forward to discussing your project and walking the journey with you to your dream home.
