      The staff were friendly and happy to help make our stay enjoyable. The hotel room wasn't as good as I had previously experienced, with makes on the carpet and in the bathroom but overall the room was OK.

      This was our second time staying in this hotel and we were as satisfied with the service as on our previous visit in November 2015 The receptionists were extremely patient, helpful and courteous

      The location of this Quest hotel is great for events in the city and for shopping. The back entrance leads you straight to the shops, which is very handy. The room wasn't that great, it was a little dated and the carpet looked worn out. The staff were nice and friendly when checking in and out.
