Good prices compared to other chains. There are often queues at the checkout. Too many self checkout machines and not enough people to assist.

Given this store is new in Kilbirnie I was impressed with the layout and variety of goods available. Staff generally friendly, but check out depart lacking customer service skills. I also find the carparking congested and vehicle owners tend to lack following road parking directions. packing area messy carton boxes made available however just dumped in the corner. Trolleys not moved away from checkout area's.

A large store where I could find everything I needed. Prices are sometimes cheaper than other supermarkets. Store can be a little untidy and crowded.

Great place to shop with a wide variety of products at good prices. Doubles up as a place to wander around during rainy days.

Good range of products. The store is currently expanding so I am hoping the selection does as well. There isn't the quite the same global range that the Petone store has. Still this store is good enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful were required.
