      Metlink new buses in Whitby Porirua area going well and mostly on time and friendly drivers....love the new design clean and tidy inside....top up snapper card at new world whitby......although reports Wellington city area buses having problems

      Reliability is generally ok, but could be better. Some of the routes are not very frequent, so you have to plan your life around the timetable unfortunately. Otherwise, the staff are generally friendly, with the exception of a few.

      Ive used Kapiti to wellington with Kids twice now - The lady in the office is so friendly and extremel;y helpful that's why my review is as high - the bus driver in wellington (no3) to newton was extremely rude and unhelpful thank goodness for the ticket seller in Kapiti!!!
