Max has amazing deals on quality products I love coming here with my wife and she always spends way too much there because the items are so good

Outlet is good for getting discount off normal retail prices but there is often less sizes available and you have to dig through to find things. Overall worth a visit if you have the time and want a bargain.

Generally I find Max stores very good but when I went into Outlet City's Dressmart last the staff were rude and ignored me as I waited at the counter. There were two staff behind the counter and only one was talking to another customer but ignored me. The staff memember with the other customer was talking a lot to her while processing the sale, while it's nice to be friendly it delayed me a lot. She then walked off after processing the sale and the other one who was folding clothes continued to ignore me. I ended up leaving after waiting for 10mins to be served.
Store has a good range and good prices but this was terrible service. However, a year ago I recieved excellent service - if it wasn't for this I would give 1 star instead of 3.

Decent clothing shop specialising in women's formal wear. Prices are high.
