Went to this place twice in the last two months. The first time I ordered fish n chips and my partner ordered linguine. The fish n chips was average, but the linguine tasted awful, my partner simply couldn't finish it.

The second visit was worse, and could be the worst food experience in our lives. I ordered lamb shank and my partner ordered pork belly. The pork belly was tasteless, simply bad. The lamb shank was also tasteless, like there was no ingredient or anything, and part of the lamb was still cold, quite obvious it was cooked beforehand and served with some reheating. Again we couldn't finish it, and had to grab some McDonald's on the way home.

Not recommended and will not go again.

Went here after I won a voucher. The beer was nice with a great selection of craft beers I had a tuatara pilsner. I had a steak with fries and salad and really enjoyed the night.

Great service in a nice location. Awesome food from a great menu. The staff are very friendly and always happy to call a taxi for you

Food is fab, especially the confit duck. Service was great, staff were really attentive and checked we were ok often. Good atmosphere with comfortable seating

I love their 2-4-1 mains Monday deal. Most of the food is pretty good, some is outstanding, and some I find a bit average. In general an enjoyable meal and pleasant staff. High quality food for a pub.
