Kazu Yakitori & Sake Bar

Great atmosphere. I tried the beef tongue dish because "when in Rome" its a lil chewy but interesting none-the-less! I love how they bang on the drum when they arrive and leave! Love a bit of sake too!

Solid spot amazing Japaneses sharing food so good to eat in and enjoy. They do massive pitchers of Japanese Larger which is amazing. I've had some great times here and would recommend it happily.

A hidden gem great upstairs location with balcony. The serve big jugs of beer and do a wide menu. Great for meat and sharing plates and also the Japaneses style omelette which I think is Yakitori. Good vibrant atmosphere as well so well worth checking out.

Always delicious Japanese. One of the best places in Wellington. Not too badly priced, good quality and well cooked. The sashimi is always fresh! The only thing that could make it better is if they did a bento or dinner box.

This place is cool. Really worth going to just for the vibe. They have Japanese 'tyko' drumming music in the background., They do Massive jug towers of beer (to share) and the food is very simple but actually awesome. I really recommend this place if you want to try something different in wellington.
