Had a lovely experience here. i had dinner here the other night and it was delicous. Staff are very helpful and patient. will come back for sure.

The salmon - Le saumon, considering it was $49 I was expecting a bigger portion but regardless it was again another amazing pairing. Balance of salty egg and caviar with the salmon. . Amazing pairing!
Dessert - Le Carre des Boi, definitely a big portion I did enjoy it but I ended up leaving about 1/4 left on the plate because it was a little too much. Bare in mind that I am a savouries kind of gal.

People have been telling me for a little while now how excellent Pork Belly is! On my lunch break today i decided to take the plunge and purchased a Pork Belly Sandwich from their take away.

Great food, a well priced 8 course degustation and a cool range of movie memorabilia and motorbikes dotted about the hotel.
